2. You pay an initial £500 upfront to engage our services and expertise and get started with the property search.
3. We’ll start presenting you with a bespoke shortlist of properties to view that match your requirements
Buying a property.
Once you’ve found your ideal property, we’re on hand to handle all the negotiations. Our fee comes from the amount we manage to save you from the asking price. We take a simple 20% (+VAT) on the difference between what the asking price for the property is and what we end up securing it for you for.
